What is the ground speed of a self-propelled mower?
Ground speed can vary from model to model. It can also vary due to other determining factors such as terrain, engine rpm, and belt wear.
On most single-speed models, at full throttle, the ground speed is 2.5 mph. On 3-speed models, at full throttle, the speeds range from 2 to 3 mph.
