Briggs & Stratton engine assistance
I'm having problems with the Briggs & Stratton engine that powers my equipment. Where can I find assistance with my engine related issue?
Briggs & Stratton Power Products (BSPP), formerly Generac Portable Products in Jefferson Wisconsin, is a subsidiary of Briggs & Stratton. BSPP manufactures generator and pressure washers and can assist with concerns related to this equipment. However, information regarding Briggs & Stratton manufactured engines or the Briggs & Stratton Outboard would be best obtained through Briggs & Stratton.
By visiting the Briggs & Stratton Knowledge Base, you can browse our solution knowledgebase by category, keywords, or phrases. Email concerns can also be submitted through the "Ask a Question" tab.
You may also call our Customer Contact Center at 414-259-5262 and ask to speak to the next available technician, who may be able to personally assist you over the phone.
